Award winning designer/woodworker Robert Joseph Smith is the artist behind the work you can view on this website.

Robert’s Fine Arts background finds expression in design work in the following fields: Interior design, woodwork design, product development and set design.

Click on Custom Woodwork Gallery here, on the header above or the left sidebar to view some of Robert’s woodwork. There you will find examples of free standing pieces like dining tables, chairs, coffee tables etc. and some built in work like Murphy beds, home theaters, wine cellars and so on.

This is only a fraction of Robert’s work and a tiny representation of what is possible. With over three decades of work, Robert can make just about anything out of wood that you might want. So please feel free to contact him directly about your project or needs. He can design something for you or work with you to develop a design that will serve you. Once the project is designed, Robert will provide you with a quote and you’ll be on your way to owning a unique piece of woodwork that will bring you joy every day and serve you for a lifetime.

Robert can also reproduce most styles of furniture, should you need an antique replicated or another piece made to mate with a particular period piece or antique.
